Potentially album of the year

THIS ALBUM KICKS ASS

A far cry from his previous music sound, AWK is back after 5 or so years since his last release. Fans will be quite surprised to hear a very different sound. I heard nothing of this new album, nor is it displayed on the AWK Website. I am sure there will be a heavy split if this album is "good" due to the stark difference. I personally never listened to his music much, not thats its bad, its just not something I got into. And yet here I am and I gotta say, this is in the running for top 5 favorite albums this year!

AWK THE JAZZ ARTIST?

My guess to how this album came about is he was listening to the band Bohren and Der Club of Gore. I would be absolutely shocked, SHOCKED if this band was not an influence. The sound is very similar but just, faster, which is awesome and a genre that has not been tapped into until now.

I wonder how this album is received by fans as usually I am not a fan of bands switching up there sounds so much as it is an entirely different thing. BUT they are the artist and who am I to say what they can and cant release, it is art after all. This is as stark a change in genre as Avenged Sevenfold has done, yet I would give that change a 1/10. So good job to Andrew, this shows how incredibly talented and diverse he is. I really hope he releases more music like this.

Theres no vinyl record. What the hell man c'mon I need this one!
