A group of friends is stalked by a masked killer

I rented this movie as a kid and watched it probably a dozen times before I had to return it.
Quintessential slasher.
This move has is all: A killer with a themed mask (cupid for valentines), the "hot" friend the dies in a bikini, a backstory that isn't fully fleshed out, a last second twist.
