This. Album. Is. Incredible.
This band popped up on my radar as I was sifting through Gondwana Records active artist list. I was actually there to pre-order Ambre Ciel new album, which is my most anticipated album of the year so far! Anyways, to not get to sidetracked, I was really shocked at just how good this Phi-Psonics band is.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE ALBUM

At night I rock my baby boy to bed and play some music on my phone. The ones that really get him to be silent and listen and fall asleep to are Grails album Chalice Hymnals, Hermanos Gutierrez album Hijos Del Sol and the OST to the movie The Revenant. Not every album does it quite like those, then in walked Phi-Psonic's Expanding to One. The smooth silky sounds of this album set us both ina deep meditative state. My boy didn't move a muscle through the first 4-5 songs and soundly dozed off to sleep. The recording sound quality is incredible and perfectly balanced with every note being an absolute pleasure to listen to. I am keeping this review somewhat short and sweet and just wanted to let you know that THIS is a band you should surely be listening to. I purchased their album off their BANDCAMP and I eagerly await it's arrival to give it a spin!
